Hi, I’m Gill and I am a Personal Trainer based in Baildon, West Yorkshire. I offer flexible training sessions delivered at your home, my home or outdoors – whatever your personal preference. I specialise in training women – I am a GGS Certified Women’s Coach – and am fully qualified in pre and post natal exercise.

I generally cover the areas of Baildon, Bingley, Shipley, Menston, Burley-in-Wharefdale, Otley, Guiseley, Yeadon and Rawdon.

My mission is to help people achieve their health and fitness goals in a way that fits in with their busy lives. I can help you find that healthy balance. You need to enjoy your life and therefore my approach aims to enhance your life by developing healthy habits, rather than making your life miserable by giving up everything you like to eat or spending every waking hour working out…there is another way!
